Look What I Found

Well look what I found in my neighbors back yard. I saw these chickens, I could not believe he had them.  I saw something moving in the pin, where he would keep his dog sometimes and a puppy.  The dogs have moved into the house and the chickens are in the pen.  This might sound a little crazy but I started clucking to them and they were answering me back.   I thought they were cute,  I wanted to post them on my blog.

We had storms come thru last Thursday night I hope they made it thru. I will have to see if they are ok.
Well have a good night and thanks for stopping in and visiting

More Snow Picture

Well the South has had its fair share of snow this winter. The kids have ran out of snow days and are makings school days.  My daughter was out of school this past Thursday and Friday she has to go to school Monday (Presidents Day).    I wish I had the day off I would love to go shopping, but oh well I am not.  This past Wednesday I left work a little early, due to snow, it had just started snowing little flakes when I left work. My husband had been calling me for the past hour to leave because it was snowing  and accumalating on the roads.  Where I live I have plenty of hills to go up and down.   The roads were already begining to ice up. I got lucky and it only took me a hour half to get home.
Here are a few pictures I took on my way home from work.   I realized when I was half way home I had my small pocket camera so I pulled it out and took a few shots.

This little birdie was on my fence in my back yard just outside my bedroom window he looked so cute fluffed up.

well thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog.

We Are Having A Wedding In May

I have been a way for a little while. I have had alot of things come up this past month. My oldest son has told me he plans to get married in May.  WOW you talk about a shock we were shocked.   My oldest son is 27 years old I cant imagaine him being married.  He will always be my little boy he was a good baby and kid.  He did not get into trouble.  He has a kind heart and would not hurt anyone. I feel like Robert DeNiro in the movie Meet the Parents.  He has his circle of trust, I have that circle, now our family circle will be expanding.

Below is a picture of me and my 2 boys back in late 80's or 90's.  My oldest is Oscar the Grouch. How time has flown by.  I miss having them home, they are both living  on their own the only one at home now is my daughter.
I just wanted to share that little tid bit
